We may share your information with licensed healthcare providers in the Beluga Health, P.A. physician network for the purpose of evaluating your health questionnaire and providing medical consultations; with our partnered pharmacy for prescription fulfillment and shipping; with Bask Health, our telehealth platform provider, and Beluga Health, P.A., our physician network provider, each under a BAA; with payment processors to complete transactions; and with law enforcement or regulatory agencies when required by law.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or PHI to third parties for marketing purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted through our platform, secure storage of health records with access controls, regular security assessments and monitoring, and employee training on HIPAA compliance and data privacy.
